Pads for Machines

Dualflex manufactures rotary pads with suction or without suction. Our double action pads are available in sizes from 1 to 8 inches in diameter.

Our 5 inch double action pad is available with 6 holes and a suction ring in the pad. The suction ring always sucks up the dust regardless of how the operator places the paper on the pad. No hole alignment is required when placing the paper on the pad. The 5 inch diameter paper with 5 or 6 suction holes can be used on the same pad because suction holes are positioned to use the same suction ring.

Our 6 inch double action and rotary pads are available with 8 suction holes. The 8 inch double action and rotary pads are available with 8 or 16 suction holes.

Small 1, 2, and 3 inch diameter rotary pads are also available.

All pads are available in various hardness to suit your application.

Pads for Hand Sanders

Dualflex manufacturers a wide selection of hand sanders. Our 8 inch flexible hand sander can be used for overall fine sanding. The operator can wear gloves to hold hand sander's mushroom neck between the thumb and index finger. The mushroom neck allows the four fingers to curve to the body being sanded.

We also have 5 and 6 inch diameter hand sanders with a rubber strap. The 4 x 6 inch hand sander is shown.

Spot sanders and pencil sanders are available.

All pads are available in various hardness to suit your application.
